Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Atlantic Luggage offers you the option of an exchange or refund within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hangtags still affixed to the product as delivered. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Used products are non-refundable. Products damaged during use and covered by warranty are handled ONLY by calling the Customer Service Department at (800) 741-7471.
