  • Luggage Sets: must be returned in full – partial returns cannot be accepted.
  • Promotional Items: free or discounted items attached to your order must also be returned for a full refund. Otherwise, your refund will be adjusted.
  • Clearence Items: are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
  • Accessories: enjoy a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee from the date of delivery.

  • Any original shipping charges you may have paid are non-refundable
  • If you receive the wrong item or a damaged/defective product, we will cover the return shipping and refund any shipping fees you paid

Return Instructions

Please read and follow these easy steps.

1.) Generate a return shipping label(s) for each item that is being returned. Your printable shipping label can be obtained at the end of each initiated return or via your return email confirmation.

*NOTE: If you are returning multiple items, it is important you process a separate return for each item to generate all labels required. This will help expedite the refund process.

2.) Please ensure that the correct return label is placed on the correct shipment, or this will delay your refund.
