Product Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, TravelproLuggageOutlet.com offers you the option of an exchange or refund within 30 days from the day the product was shipped from our facility, provided that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it in, unused and with the original hangtags still affixed to the product as delivered. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.

Used products are non-refundable. Products damaged during use and covered by warranty are handled ONLY by calling the Customer Service Department at (800) 741-7471.

Product Exchanges

Return merchandise you wish to EXCHANGE using our mail return process, and order your new merchandise at the same time by calling 1-800-741-7471 anytime during regular business hours. Exchange items will be shipped at no charge for standard shipping and handling. We will bill your credit card for the new merchandise and process your credit for returned merchandise as soon as we receive it.

Product & Exchanges By Mail

Making an online return is easy. Follow the below instructions to package your return and mail it back to us:

  1. Make a photocopy of the original packing invoice for your records.
  2. Circle the item(s) that you are returning and note the quantity and return reason(s) for each item on your invoice.
  3. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original carton if possible, and include the completed invoice.
  4. Affix your UPS return shipping label to the packaging. Make sure no other tracking labels are shown.
  5. Take the package to your nearest UPS drop off location.
